We are still delivering and taking orders! I figured that if I can do my work safely and following the WHO recommendation I should continue doing so and maybe I will bring a little spark of joy for you on the other side. Stay safe, we are in this together ❤
Tomorrow on the 20th of March, we celebrate the Spring Equinox, a date that marks the first day of spring in the northern hemisphere (autumn in the south) and the start of the Astrological New Year for every one of us. You may not know but I am an astrology student since 2017, in spite of having read many birth charts for all of my friends and occasional customers, I consider myself a student since there is so much to learn. Astrology is for sure one of my favourites topics in life and I am happy to share a little bit more of this subject with you.
I am the kind of person who is constantly seeking for inspiration. Sometimes it comes in the form of a person surpassing grand obstacles, sometimes is someone doing an unbelievable job to help Mother Earth and sometimes its a piece of art that touches me (I'm talking art in the widest range possible, including music, book, ceramic, embroidery, etc).
I recently saw a video on theClube do BordadoYoutube channel, where the girls listed 3 embroidery artiststhat resonate with their style. Renata, made it clear, is not only aboutwhom you admirebut also whoinspiresyou.
I just loved their idea! I had a lot of fun narrowing down my top 3 artists and I think is a nice way to share the work of these talented people, plus you get to learn a bit more about myself and my style preference.
Last week I introduced a new section of blog posts, the Inspirational edit. If you haven’t already seen it, click here to read it. To kick off this project, I would like to start with one of the most inspiring videos I saw in my whole life, I cried like a child (which I must confess is not a big deal for me) and sent it to almost everyone I know.
